I ripped a new electronic mix (Sasha Involv2er) through iTunes, imported using the MP3 encoder. The tracks play seamlessly/gapless through iTunes, but when I put those same tracks on my iPod (shuffle 3G), there is a fraction of a second gap between tracks.

I did my research here, and I tried: 1) re-importing from the CD; and 2) clicked each track from the album, hit cmd-i and marked the box that says "part of a gapless album" -- but neither of those things helped.

Does anyone know of a way I can get this to work? I would be very grateful.

EDIT: Nevermind. I just found out that this freaking shuffle 3G does not support gapless playback.

a shuffle dosn't play albums, but songs. It wont play gapless unless its playing the album and i knows it, and you have to tell it to play it as an album, witch is kidna impossible on an ishuffle.;) sorry.
