GarageBand 10.2 - - - > GarageBand 10.3.4 = Troubles

I re-installed the entire lib yesterday by downloading 16,7GB. It took me an entire day. I now open and test all my
music composings which are very precious to me as a professional music composer.

GB is asking me everytime now to download additional files every time I open the same file and even though I install
them again and again, GB says lots of instruments and loops are missing.
