Garageband on Windows 10

Hi all,

I have installed Mac OS Catalina on VMWare 15.5.5 it works but I can't install Garageband. It say it need version 11 or higher. what is wrong with that? Any thought will be helpful. Thanks

Why in the world does the new version of Garageband require BigSur?

I don't plan on upgrading to big sur anytime soon and i just saw that there is an update for garageband available, is there a reason why the garageband update requires Big Sur? the new Logic Pro and Final Cut updates that came out today as well don't require big sur
