Lets get people with GarageBand posting screenshots of what they are working on or showing off tricks they have learned.

Do it for the children :D

OK i'll be honest... there are no children... i want to see what i am missing

not being delivered until end of January :(

Those are great! does anybody have any screen shots of what GarageBand looks like while processing guitar signals (using app as amp and effects processor)??? I am just curious.

And to the people who do you use it for that, is it time consuming to set up each time??? I just bought a guitar and I want to figure out if I need to buy an amp or not. If GarageBand works like John Meyer made it look, I dont think I need one :D

re midi

lets try this again

it would help if someone knew something about this issue of midi
or direct the reply to some other thread / area of discussion
and stop changing the subject.

These GB forums will cease to be of interest unless solid important
questions are being answered.

if all we are doing here is sending midi data to a GB midi track
from a midi keyboard then why wouldnt a synthesizer with its built
in sequencer ( korg, roland, ensoniq etc)
be able thru midi out to send the data into GB?

if you cannot lock the sequencers, i assume you would have to manually
press start on the synthesizer( external midi keyboard) and have the data
midi 'd into GB. Does anyone have any experience with this.
Many of us long time users of midi have tons of material on our synthesizer
sequencers that we would like to put into GB and add to it from within
GB.

If version 2.0 would include this i think it would be a plus.
if not
I wouldnt see much of a benefit for it,

It has to amplify its midi capabilities to work with other sequencers and midi files.

Why post examples of your work in Garageband instead of screenshots? Let's hear your work. I haven't got it yet (on it's way....) but it would be good to hear other peoples creations.
