Anyone else having a problem on El Capitan with the Ant+ usb that works with Garmin Express? it shows connected when plugged in and then disconnects. Hopefully a fix soon, I have reported it to Apple and Garmin.

Several people (with various BT fitness apps) have commented that the app(s) crashed or couldn't properly pair. it is going to be a waiting game, as to when the respective companies get their apps updated with the new El Capitan OS X / iOS 9.
Exact same problem. Tried every trouble shooting thing I could think of. Looks like it is a Garmin issue.
Can confirm after finally getting my summer desk-driving ass out for the first run in months (and on a great afternoon with a temp of 90 and a THI of 96 here in Chicago), I'm running into the same damn thing here.
Worse is that my Forerunner 910XT has a software update and I can't keep the ANT+ stick connected long enough to run the update. Never a dull moment in Garmin-land.
