Hi,
I upgraded my system from 10.7.4 to 10.8 DP4 then to 10.8 GM, on a MacBook Pro 13" mid-2010.
I'm really enjoying ML so far, but it seems that Gatekeeper isn't working : i can use ANY applications on my computer just like I did with Lion.
I checked in the system settings, security, and it's set to Mac App Store and identified devs.
Is this normal ?

Thanks.

No, that's not normal; I've had to turn it off because it blocks too many apps! Try Vuze; it triggered GK for me and at least one other user.

I just tried to select "Mac App Store only" and all my apps are still working, it's very strange...

From what I understand, apps you have already had installed and run are whitelisted, even from the moment you install the upgrade. It only affects newly installed apps.
