I think what he is trying to say, is yes, they are low powered. Yes everyone knows they are low powered, however SJ would never comment on them and describe them as low power. He might mention the battery consumption as being low or long lasting. Just like you don't hear Apple talk about the inner specifications like ram/cpu etc.
This. When you think of a cell phone or a tablet, you don't think of "low power", you think of "portable, flexible, post-PC, long battery life" before you think of "low power". It's like calling a Ferrari a "low fuel efficiency vehicle". It's 100% true and it misses the point.
I'm probably making too much out of nothing, but the truth is Microsoft is getting its rear end kicked in every non-traditional PC market. Sell your product. Instead of "low power", call them "portable and user friendly". Even "post-PC" is better than "low power".
