iPad Pro Geekbench for 1TB iPP vs others?

Now that these are in the wild, has anyone looked into benchmarks that might show any performance difference b/t the 1TB version, with its 6GB of RAM, and the other variants with their 4GB of RAM?

There's been a lot of chatter assuming that the 6GB is better, but I'd like to see numbers if possible.
