Hello all,

Im having some problems with my Mac pro 4.1, dual CPU, 24gb RAM and EVGA Geforce 760 2gb. Long time hackintosher...but new finally drank the koolaid after I got a deal on a Pro that was too good to refuse. Running 10.10, unflashed card. Installed, boots well, no display / graphical issues.

My problem is that my OSX benchmark scores are horrid. Cinebench testing at 36, and Valley benchmark barely breaking 30. Tried slot 1 and 2 with no appreciable change. Tested this against an old 5870 card I had laying around (non-efi) which smoked the 760, as did similar benching on my 2012 retina macbook pro. So something obviously is up. Anyone have any suggestions as to how to get the 760 performance that I am supposed to. Thanks in advance!

I feel you,

It´s OS X. My GTX 770 scores arround a Radeon HD 5770 on OS X. Idk what the problem is i installed the drivers

So do the flashed cards like the 680 Mac Version have the same issues? Seems to me that this big of a performance hit has to be a driver issue or something.

Yup, my flashed GTX 680 does the same, I gave up and just game through boot camp. I also just built a windows gaming machine, nothing wrong with having 2 flavores at your disposal.
