I am trying to convince my parents to switch from the dark side. They currently use "relatively yours" software to chart our unremarkable family tree but this is not available for mac.

Does anyone know of good geneaology software for osx that may be compatable with relatively yours?

Thanks in anticipation.

You are asking the wrong question. GEDCOM is the standard for genealogical data. Relatively Yours imports and exports GEDCOM data files. Just look for a Mac genealogical app that is GEDCOM-compatible. Most are. The Mac standard commercial genealogy app is Reunion 8, which is available here. There are also numerous shareware apps. In addition to Reunion 8, you can find them here.

Wow. Even when I ask the wrong question I still get the right answer.

Thanks for your help
