OK, so I've just made my second website (my first being this). Its for a local car valeting company - and I think its turned out pretty OK. There is a few little things than need smoothing over, but in general it's done!

Having got some great feedback from many forum members on my first website when I posted it here, I thought I'd ask the same favour again and get some criticisms ! :D

Anyway, its for a company called Waterless Specialist Valeting and the site is currently available by clicking here :p

Thanks in advance for any help, ideas and constructive criticisms that come from this!

Good site.

I don't like the dark grey background you use though. It's just an icky grey and it contrasts too heavily with the white footer on the bottom.

Also the periodic change of the car in the header though neat annoys me. But others might feel differently.

I feel that your first site was cleaner and has an immediate businesslike appearance, whereas this site is on its way there, but not quite there yet.

Looks great! A couple suggestions:

1) I think the reflection on the text "YOUR PRIDE AND JOY IS OUR PASSION" is a little overkill with all the other mirrored effects. I'd recommend just making the text a different color (maybe the blue color the top parts are in) to make it stand out. It will help the page from seeming too monochromatic.

2) I think you have a lot of info on the very front page.

3) Fantastic site!

I like this site, and I really like your first site.

You probably have nothing to do with the photos of the cars, but just in case, you should really consider using a polarizer on your camera lens to get rid of some of those distracting reflections/glare on the cars!

:)

I feel like they add to the site, making the service look really good because the cars end up looking so nice and polished!
