Other Genius Bar Out of warranty repair question...

My son's iPhone 7 plus has 2 problems. Cracked screen and broken charge port. If he takes it for repair, does the Genius bar charge him for 2 repairs, or does the $349 cover it all? (Probable replacement with a refub?)

The $349 covers the replacement of the entire phone unless there’s catarstrophic damage (phone’s broke in half)
