I have to bring in my imac for it to get looked at. Should I bring in the keyboard and mouse that came with it, or will they have their own to use?

They will have their own, but it is not a bad idea to have one. If you have space, bring it, if not, they will have one, it can just be a delay because someone else might need it or something.

you don't need it, nor do they ask that you bring it. in fact, they're quite adamant that you don't because they aren't responsible for anything besides the computer if it needs to be shipped.

just bring the main unit without any cords. however, the exception would be if you think a cord might be the problem.
