wow i downloaded itunes 8 and have been looking through the song reccomendations... either ive had way too much koolaid or this is working great... ive found at least one song on each list that i like which is great since i like nearly any music and some lists i liked every single song... i might actually use this one...

iPod genius song accuracy

I'm updating to version 8 now. I have 60,000+ songs in my library and have been using a third party app (Music IP Mix) to create playlists of similar songs and it works great. I hope genius does a comparable or better job
haha i wanna see how long it takes to load yours... im good wit 200 songs lol
