Is there a reason this release only supports genre browsing for rentals?
I am more interested in purchasing than rentals. $10-15 per movie to own is more appealing then $3-5 to rent.
However I am also not interested in going to the computer and syncing a movie when I want to watch it. I would prefer to stream. Most of the time I use my Apple TV streaming from my iMac so that I have access to all my music, photos and video.
At this point in time I have only a handful of purchased movies. In the future when my purchased library grows, it will be too cumbersome to scroll through a long list of movies and search and genre breakdowns will make that much easier. Why does Apple TV limit this to rentals.
I also plan to add another Apple TV to my bedroom. Again this would be to have access to movies, but a genre breakdown with each genre using the poster style grid would be much more effective than scrolling a long list.
Seems like a simple part already in one area of the software but purposefully omitted from another...
