Hi guys,

I'm converting from PC to Mac, and unfortunately I cannot afford the Pro, so I'm "settling" for the Quad Core 27" iMac. But I need to have the extra monitor, and I really want the setup to look sleek and have the extra monitor (27") from Mac as well.

I've searched high and low - how can this be done? Or can't it? :)

Cheers beforehand guys :)

You just need Mini DisplayPort to DVI, VGA or HDMI adapter, not that hard. If you want to hook more than one display, then you need to buy an USB video adapter (~80$)

Unfortunately there's no separate 27" Apple monitor. The only one that's available is the 24".

If you have the money to go for the 30" $1,799 you might as well buy another iMac 27" ($1,699) and use that as a monitor. :)

The only 27" inch monitor with the same resolution that I know of is the Dell UltraSharp U2711 ($1,049). But that one is not close the same look.
