Hey, I just upgraded from CS4 to CS5 and I am trying to put Genuine Fractals on Photoshop CS5. For some reason it is not letting me install it. Instead, it says that it cannot be installed because a new version of the software already exists on the disk. Anyone know how I can fix this? Thanks!

same problem

hey, i am having the same problem. i went through and removed all the entries but i still get the same problem when i try and install the program. help please!

FWIW, many imaging specialists (myself included) feel that the interpolation capabilities of PS (CS4/5) have made GF obsolete.

I have also noticed that Genuine Fractals has moved in CS5. It no longer has its own menu item, at least in my case. For me, it is now in file>automate>Genuine Fractals

So GF might be working for you, but you may just have to look in there to check.
