iPhone SE (2016) Genuine iPhone se unlocked

does anyone know where to buy genuine Apple iPhone se unlocked? One that is original Apple parts? Asking because I got burnt buying a “genuine” se but you can tell the screen is not an Apple factory screen. It’s a bit blurry.

MetroPCS still sells the SE for $400 but you can get it for "free™" if you pay for 3 months of service. I believe it is also unlocked after 3 months of on time payment.

You still have to pay tax plus the $60 a month of service, but all in all you would get an SE for around $200

I've asked this question in many threads. And the answer is this:

There is currently no place that sells a brand new and unlocked (in every sense of the word) iPhone SE anywhere online. Trust me, I looked everywhere.

And just to be clear, pre-paid phones are NOT unlocked. Even if it is unlocked, you are basically agreeing to the terms and conditions, which state that you must have service for so long.

I always get the "yes, but this or that" answers. Again, there is no online vendor that sells a brand new unlocked iPhone SE. They are all gone. Best Buy, Walmart, Target, Apple, Amazon, etc. none of them have it. They are gone forever. Sure, you can still find a brand new one on eBay at a premium, but it's not from an authorized retailer. And most of the iPhones SE listed on eBay as "brand new" are not actually new. They are either refurbs sold as new or "open box", which isn't new.

I bought a pair of 128gb, GSM Unlocked models, 3 days ago, from a local Target Store. What's important is that they were not listed in the "Target.com" inventory. I learned years ago to visit local Targets and nicely ask someone to physically check the stockroom for discontinued Apple devices. .

Online currently, I believe Target has only 16gb(?!) GSM unlocked models available.
