Get a mac, need you comments

Hi All,

It's time for a Mac Desktop!

Requirements: Use for photoediting, video editing, sound mixing and the day to day blah, blah, blah, spreed sheet, word processing, surfing the web, watching movies etc.

I realize most of you have forgotten more than I'll ever know about MACs.

Here's the bottom line: Should I wait for the latest processors (Sandybridge) to be integrated into the desktops before buying (I heard that's a few months away and I can wait) or will today's MAC do what I need.

Today's iMacs will do what you need, but it's always good to wait if Apple's on the brink of an update.
