A large part of what I use my iPad for is listening to podcasts. One important part of this has been the "Get more episodes" that was present in iOS 4 that would allow me to get more episodes of my already subscribed podcasts on my iPad without having to hunt down the podcast all over again in the iTunes store.

I'm hoping that this feature has just been moved, and not simply removed. But looks like it has been removed by Apple. If so, I'd like to request that it be brought back. This makes my iPad less useful than it was before. It makes it more important that I have a computer to plug this into, not less. The cord is not cut.

Agree. I use my iPhone with a similar purpose and remember my life was cold and miserable prior to when I noticed this feature.

I still see this in the music app. Select a podcast, scroll to the bottom, "Get more episodes" - takes me to the iTunes store to download episodes. Works as it did in ios4.

it's still there for me too.

Are you looking on the iPhone or iPad? It's still there on the iPhone in iOS 5, but I gather it is gone from the iPad (although I don't have one to check).

You could tell iTunes to check for new episodes every hour and then do a wifi sync from the iPad, but that doesn't help if you're away from your computer.

Weird, a lot of people are complaining (including me) that its gone. How can some have it and others don't. I also lost the 30s rewind button. Hate the new Music app.

I was looking on my iPhone, I don't use my ipad for music, just apps and tv/films.

[.edit] just looked on the iPad, it's not there. WTF have they done to the music app??!!!
