Get past activation screen, bad IMEI iPhone 5S (Not iCloud Locked)

I have an iPhone 5S with a bad IMEI.

How can I get it past the activation screen?

It's an AT&T iPhone. I don't have an AT&T SIM though. With a T-Mobile SIM, it says your SIM isn't supported. Without a SIM, it says to insert one (both if I try to activate through WiFi or via iTunes).

Pangu has error when trying to Jailbreak it, as it can't really communicate with the computer before activation...

Any ideas?

Only way to get passed the activation screen is to get an AT&T sim. Find one, borrow one, order one on ebay $1.
Even inactive AT&T sims will get you passed the activation screen.
If its blacklisted it wont get any carrier service in the US but once you activate it you can then use it on wifi like an ipod touch.
And no Pangu will not hactivate or bypass activation. The phone needs to be in the home screen to jailbreak it. You cannot JB it while its sitting there in the activation screen.
