Is there a free way to capture videos from sites like youtube? i know youtube always provides a url and iv seen apps that you have to pay for that let you capture the videos but is there a free alternative?

This firefox extension will show you how to download the .flv

It's a little tricky...and once you have the .flv, I drop it onto iSquint to turn it to an .mov

I totally recommend this. It's an excellent app! You don't even have to do any converting or anything. It does it all for you.
