Hello, I deleted monkey ball because it kept crashing on opening. Taking the advice I've seen on this forum, I deleted it and when I went to download it again it was going to charge me. I still have the original file, but I don't know how to get the game back.

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

If you are sure you bought it on the iTunes account you are on then it will be free once you get past that first pop-up that says are you sure you want to purchase... It will then say something like, "You have already purchased this item, would you like to download for free".

Yes I'm on the same account, I've deleted and re downloaded monkey ball multiple times, but this time it wouldn't work. It said I would be charged instead of saying it would be free.. (oh well I sucked at it anyway lol)

uhh.. the price icon thing isnt going to change.

When you actaully enter your iTunes password (on the phone anyway) and download it, the phone will prompt you and tell you that you have already bought it once and that you can download it again for free...

If you get charged again just call Apple, but I dont think that will happen...

Sign in to your Apple ID you used to buy the app and then go to iTunes>Store>Check for Purchases. It should recognize that you don't have that app and it should be added into your download queue.

DO NOT click to buy the app in the iTunes store. Even if you are on the same account, it will probably charge you and you will have to have refund, etc etc etc.

All you have to do is go here:

http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/store/browser/

Fill out the appropriate information, and they will send you an email after they have re-posted the items to your account. Then you just click "check for purchases" in you itunes browser, and it will redownload.

good luck

Thanks for all your help guys. I started filling out that page, and it led me to an article that told me how to get it back using the file (I just had to double click on it in windows explorer.. lol)
Anyway, I got it back. Thanks again!
