I bought a new macbook pro and i want to be able to sync my iphone on it. How do i do this without loosing all the info on my iphone, including my apps?

I don't think you would. Log into your iTunes, authorize the computer and if anything downloads, let it complete before connecting your phone. At the very least you won't loose SMS messages, call history, etc.
 
My new Mac is authorized, but when i push the sync button, iTunes tells me that my phones apps will be erased.

• Connect your iPhone via USB.
• In iTunes' left-hand pane > DEVICES > your iPhone's name - ctrl+click your iPhone's name
• Select Transfer Purchases

Done!
