Lately when i try to post a photo on Facebook it seems that only a gives me the lates 100 photos (or so) to choose from, but it doesn't give me the option to choose from photos from different folders either...is this normal or is this a bug? it seems like it has been this way for awhile

Definitely a bug. I haven’t had your particular issue, but Facebook seems to love messing with the photo upload process. Sometimes I can’t access my photo albums, only the most recent, and sometimes everything works as it should.
