I bought some apps on iTunes (on my mac) last night with my phone plugged in and for whatever reason they didn't transfer to my phone (I probably didn't have them set up to sync or whatnot...). Now I am at school and unable to connect my iPhone to my mac directly (with usb) if I go into the app store and click to purchase the apps that I already bought, will I get the same message that I would as if I had installed them and then deleted? Or will I get charged a second time for the apps??

You'll get the message saying you've already bought it. Its still has to connect to the iTunes Server so thats what holds the information of your purchase not your mac.

Go ahead and press buy. You'll be fine :)

youll get this message after you hit buy, its kind of scary at first, so make sure its the exact same app
