has anyone had this before... im trying to install windows vista on my imac... when i go threw the set up when it tells me to pick my partition i do and then i have to format it to ntfs when i click the button to format i get this error:0x8004005 and it doesnt allow me to continue... i tried searching the internet for other ppl but there doesnt seem to be that much on it... y am i not having any luck with this ****!!! ahhhhhh

i'd try removing the parition and repairing the disk/disk permissions before trying again.

You'll have to boot up with your Leopard install disk then at the install screen select Utilities - Disk Utility. Then run repair on your hard drive. (you cant do this in OSX as you're using the hard drive at the time!

A couple of times when ive had to reinstall the windows partition if had to repair this and that's cleaned it up.

ya i just removed the windows partition and did it over again... its working now... but now im having a hard time getting the drivers for my vista 64....
