hi guys,

i remember when i was able to get apps on the 1.1.2 version by just going to a website. But i've looked around and all of these terms confuse me, jailbreak? zipphone? i don't know what they all mean...my question is how do i get applications on to my 1.1.3 phone?

any help would be appreciated.

All you need is stock firmware, whether its 1.1.1/1.1.2/1.1.3, and then download ZiPhone. If you are with the locked carrier, then just jailbreak...

yes i am with att/cingular...so all i need is ziphone? or do i actually have to unlock

and i have 1.1.3, do i need to do anything to that like downgrade?

no. just download ZiPhone, plug in your phone, and hit jailbreak. You dont want to unlock as you have a contract w/ att. you only want to jailbreak.
