So I have a secondary gmail address that forwards to my primary address. To be totally honest I'm not sure how my forwarding is setup - at some point I was having a ton of trouble getting forwarding to work correctly (no delays, no missing emails, etc.) so I'm not sure what to change to make it so I only get the one copy vs. getting it twice, nearly at the same time, into my primary address. If someone could walk me through what to check in both my primary and secondary gmail setups to help solve this, that would be amazing.

I suspect it may have something to do with forwarding and pop retrieval...if that’s the case, which one do I turn off, and on which account? What’s the difference between the two (is one prefereble for some reason)?

Thank you!
