Getting EDGE to work on a 1.1.3 16GB iPhone (jailbroken and unlocked)

hello folks!

Firstly thankyou to everyone who replied to my posting a couple of weeks ago, i have now unlocked and jailbroken my 16GB iPhone and it works like a dream with no complications (i used Ziphone 2.4) so thankyou thankyou.

Now for more questions
its a simple one
how do I make the iphone work with EDGE using my 02 PAYG?
obviously you cannot enter pass and username in general settings and network so how does one by pass this and can you by pass this effectively and successfully?
I have scoured the net and have found solutions but i need clarification. And something clear and simple as im new to hacking and using things like BSD Sub systems etc
if anyone can help i will be very grateful and am grateful for people reading this and considering it

This will work, you will need to install OpenSSH from the System section in Installer, and then use an FTP/SSH program (I recommend Cyberduck if you're on a Mac) and upload the files into the places that it tells you.

Getting EDGE to work on a 1.1.3 16GB iPhone (jailbroken and unlocked)

I have just fully unlocked my iPhone 1.1.4 to 2.0 firmware using the new pwnage tool. This is fully operational and 100% working for me. You need a Mac to use the pwange tool and to create the IPSW file. However you dont need a Mac to use the ipsw file.

You merely open up the IPSW file in itunes by clicking shift+restore and then restore your phone with the new firmware.
