Well, I don't know why it doesn't connect, and I can only imagine the port 5190 has been closed. Any way around this? I've searched through the forums to see if there was a solution to this problem already stated, didn't have much luck.

start begging...

you could connect to a proxy or vpn outside the network, but that would slow everything down a bit.
