Hi,

I'm using Windows 10 at home. I recently exchanged my whole PC, so nothing except the power supply and the graphics card remained. I had the following problems with both PCs:

I set up the newest version of iCloud (installed via Windows store as suggested by apple) and logged in. In the following days my PC (iCloud photo) downloaded more than 1TB of data (I currently have around 100GB in the iCloud and around 60GB of photos/videos). But I still didn't have all my photos and videos on my drive. iCloud photo just downloaded some files into a folder on C: and deleted them again.
After I logged out of icloud and logged in again, the downloading stopped, it didnt download anything, even if I tried to download a full year of photos/videos.
I reinstalled iCloud and let it download again for a few days (I checked the boxed of all possible years and tried to download the whole data).
Again after a few days the data still wasn't complete but iCloud stopped downloading data. Next I only checked the boxed next to "2019" and tried to download those photos/videos. I checked this morning (icloud photo wasn't downloading anymore) but the data is again not complete.

tldr: What is the best way to get all my data on windows 10 and especially the good quality videos (tried to download it via icloud.com, but those are highly compressed videos).
