Getting iPhone 4, how to transfer stuff from Dare?

Expect my iPhone tonight or tomorrow. Will ATT be able to transfer anything to the iPhone from my LG Dare? Would like to get everything off the phone. Or should I forward everything to someone else and have them forward it back?
One resort might be to get DataPilot although it may not copy everything.
Bitpim?
