Getting iWork '06 Today!!!

Grr, really wish I had more money on my Apple Store giftcard so that I could've ordered the iLife '06 family pack but, according to UPS, my iWork '06 :Your package is in the UPS system and is on time with a scheduled delivery date of 01/12/2006.

It left NJ around 4:30 & I live near Hartford CT.

When you install iLife 06 on the Mac which already has iLife 05, do you need to uninstall the previous iLife app? Or, does the installer do the upgrate by itself?
