Getting missed calls from my wife's phone

My wife and I share an iCloud login so that we can share a Photostream automatically. We have separate Apple IDs for iMessage and FaceTime.

Recently (I can't pinpoint when), I've started to see her missed calls on my call log. I've turned off Handoff and Settings > Phone > Calls on other devices but still have the issue. Has anyone had this and been able to resolve?

I would appreciate comments focusing on potential solutions and not necessarily those questioning our decision to share an iCloud login.

Thanks! Looks like turning off iCloud Drive seems to be the most consistent solution. Does anyone know what I will lose out on by doing so? I don't use iCloud Drive day to day but I wonder if restoring to a new device will be less seamless?
