I can't wait until tommorow I'm going to delaware with my dad to get my blackmacbook tax free with a free printer but I want to get photoshop but I don't think they'll carry it but i'll post pics of it when I get home! Do you guys enjoy your macbooks?

Ahh its only 45mins away taking 295 plus I save over 100 in tax also(tax free). Also psycoswimmer this is my first mac and I cna't wait but hopefully they'll have photoshop in the apple store I love it. I'll get it for 1400 with my dads goverment discount but if they have the 2GB model of ram in stock I'll get it . If not I'll just buy some from the internet.
Just buy it online. It's $175 extra in the store but you could order some online, overnight it and have it Tuesday for under $100. It's really easy to install, too.
Congratulations! I've officially had my BlackBook for a week and I LOVE it. I'm running Photoshop CS3 as I type this - so, so nice.
Congrats, I had one and flipped it for a 17"MBP. You will like it a lot, just keep wiping the fingerprints. It was the only thing that bugged me about mine.
Been bouncing back and forth on buy now or wait for Leopard. I also had the idea of picking up a MBP but it was just overkill for what I needed.

Anyway, I hope you get it tomorrow and that it works out fine. And for the record, you don't HAVE to get additional RAM if you don't need it. You can always get it later when, in all likelihood, it will be cheaper; afterall, bragging rights just for the sake of it is just a big waste of money (for you and/or for your parents).

Great, since we drove 600 miles in pa over the weekend to go to 2 drag races my dad doesn't feel like driving 2 delaware. Maybe today he'll change his mind and see how he's feeling. We'll have to see if I can get it today or wait until Wednesday!

No, you're not the only one. I've seen the same situation on other forums I'm on (medicine- and medical student-focused ones, mostly)--people insist on using IM/text-messaging shorthand on a professional forum and then wonder why other members don't take them seriously.
To Osarkon: the irony of discussing spelling with someone from Wales is rather amusing--that's the only place I can think of in the world where the printed word "Gryffffn" (note the four "f"s in a row) could be pronounced as "Bob".
