Getting new Intel iMac, where to get memory upgrades?

Hey guys, I ordered a new 1.83Ghz iMac Intel core duo basic config the other day.. I was wondering where can i find DD2 Sodimm 667Mhz ram 512Mb to 1GB..Prefer Canadian dealer as I'm on the North side of the border
