iPod getting playlist off of ipod

I have an ipod that is synced to an old pc that had to get reformatted. Most important things got backed up except for playlists.

I don't want to sync the ipod and loose all the playlists. Is there a way to take the playlists off of the ipod with a 3rd party app or even another way to get them back?

right click on playlist and try exporting it...
