I coppied all of my music off my pc on to my mac. But I dont have any of my playlists, I just copied the libary. Is there a way I can get all of the playlists off my ipod, since I allready have the same songs in my libary

95% sure there isn't. You have to create new playlists.

Although there might be some kind of playlist file on your PC, but I'm not sure since I very rarely use Windows.

yea, I assumed that. Heres what I did for any other recent switchers.

go to your pc right click your playlist and choose export song list
Choose .xml or .txt I dont think it matters, I used xml
copy it to a usb thumb drive, cd, ect.
Repeat for all of the playlists
go to your mac, open itunes
go to file> import
select the files you just saved and click choose

I have a similar problem. I just got this new mac and I have all of my music stored on my PC and on my iPod video. Is there way to transfer the music from the PC to the Mac using my ipod without loading it in all over again from CDs? The iPod is formatted for a PC. I'm going to need really basic instructions because I'm not much of a computer wiz...thanks alot!
