getting rid of the 'carrier settings' message?

Hi,

I've got a o2 UK iphone, jailbroken, and unlocked using a gevey sim. It's now running fine on o2 Germany.

However, every time i connect to itunes, I get the carrier settings update message (even if I accept).

How can I get rid of it?
