Getting songs from ipod onto the windows pc

I want to know how do i go about removing songs from the ipod portion of the iphone and place them onto the windows pc without having to download the song again. I sync with my work pc and home both windows and dont have all the songs that are on my ipod part of the phone on the work pc and i want to know if theres a way to get them off the ipod onto the computer

Search on Google for "alternatives to iTunes". Find an app that lets you do it.

Alternatively, I think there's an app for jailbroken phones that lets you do it from the phone, I haven't used it but I think it is Swap Tunes, not certain though
