Ghost app icon

I am running the current release on an iPad Air 2. I installed Opera Coast, then uninstalled it. There is now an icon for it with no name that cannot be deleted. There is no "x" to press to remove it. I've tried installing it again and deleting, but it's still there. Anyone seen this bug? iOS bug or app bug?

Yes I see it very often, many apps have this icon. But I can normally use and delete them.

One of my friends has the same issue with the Facebook app! Apparently a software update fixes it, but I’ve never fixed it so you may want to try that.
