Every now and then, when I enter a new line in Xcode, my cursor "appears" to jump one line up.
It's not actually one line up, because if I type, it will type on the line that it's supposed to be on, but visually I get confused and think my cursor has changed locations.
I have no third party software/themes installed, I have no bluetooth devices installed and it doesn't happen in any of my other input device related actions in other programs. I never ever ever, NEVER, ever, NEVER EVER see strange cursor behavior in NetBeans, Sublime Text, various internet browsers or in text editors.
I have the newest versions of all software installed/updated.
It appears to be a bug in Xcode.
Another bug I experience is that if I have the same Objective-C file open in Xcode and as a standalone file in Xcode Editor (so I can look at lines from a different place that I'm editing), if I type in one, the other also scrolls, so basically if I want to look at lines 18 to 30 and keep that editor on those lines, but in a separate editor I have the same file open and I'm typing on lines 100 to 110, the file I want to stay in the same place will start automatically scrolling.
And it scrolls exponentially faster too so in the beginning, it moves maybe half a line for every character I type, but when I get to 10-20 characters, it starts moving 2 or 3 lines at a time.
Has anyone else experienced this?
And please, don't come in here just to blindly defend Apple/Xcode. If you haven't experienced these bugs, that's great, go find another thread to gloat and defend Apple, there's plenty in the News section. I'm strictly looking for people who have experienced these bugs and have fixed them.
