Ghost device listed on Apple Support page support.apple.com
When I select a support service on support.apple.com , it asks me to choose the device for which support is required. One of the devices listed there to choose from is a ghost device not logged on to iCloud ID. That device is not listed on the iCloud.com or appleid.apple.com for the linked Apple ID.How do I remove that ghost device showing on the support.apple.com.
