iPhone Ghost documents taking up space on iCloud

Trying to figure out what documents are taking up this space in my iCloud, absolutely clueless till now. Any pointers?

Update: Spoke to a senior advisor at Apple Support and they got rid of the extra space taken. Apparently some space was reserved by an earlier phone I was using during a failed iCloud backup.
