Looks fake - Ghostwallk is misspelled - too many L's !
If I must guess, I will suggest that Ghostwallk is probably installed by some game that you have.

Web search indicates that Matreshka VPN has a component called ghostwallk. Also it is in the Apple App Store and the latest updates refer to the "Additional Ghostwallk protocol cloaking layer".
