The 2015, by a significant margin - PassMark and GeekBench suggest up to nearly 2x better multi-core performance. That is, assuming you're referring to the 20" 2008 iMac @2.66GHz.
Besides the processor, you've also got other better/faster components in the 2015.
Aside from the CPU itself the i5 5250U has Intel HD 6000 graphics. Intel's iGPUs arent that great even compared to AMDs APU but are light years better than the dGPU that would have come in a 2008 Mac (likely a Radeon 2600 Pro).
