Gif animator: Random order?

Make a random order gif animation.

(this is for an avatar I need it sort of like

here which is PHP so it does not work as an avatar but it still can be embedded in posts.)

I just want it to look as much like this one as possible.

As an avatar it actually copies it to the MR server. Embedded in posts it contacts your server for each person that loads the post.

I don't believe you can make a gif go in a random order.

I'm guessing it's a hex color captcha? Seems to only be using hex and there 6 characters...

Kinda figured that... but it is so small and blurred out that it renders it meaningless... to me at least
