Hi guys, I live in italy and I would like to use an US giftcard I received.
Any suggestions ?

Have you tried it? A US card should work in the US store no matter where you live.

Is it an Apple Store card or an iTunes music store card?
Are you trying to buy online or in a physical store?

I would imagine the Apple Store card might be restricted to Apple Stores only and not authorized resellers. The iTunes card probably works everywhere.
