That's not a Cydia source if that's what you're implying. It's the source code for the jailbreak.
As moussekateer stated, since Apple patched the jailbreak.me exploit with 4.0.2 @comex decided to release his source code.
Well you can't use that unless you know how to compile it. And anyone can use jailbreakme.com as long as their not on 4.0.2.
Doesn't sound like you know what source code is, much less how you could use it.
Why not just tell your friends on 4.0.1 or lower to point mobileSafari (on their iPhones) at jailbreakme.com and jailbreak like all of us did.
If your friend has 4.0.1 or lower just use jailbreakme.com
Don't update to 4.0.2 as it's useless and no new feature except fixing the PDF exploit which you can mitigate via Cydia anyway if you jailbroke your phone.
